The Challenge

Every successful product and service is the fruit of hard work and this applies to every field of business. Intuition alone is not enough to create a product or service that people will love and use. You need to do your research, thinking, planning, differentiating yourself and more.  If you find that you are not strategically hitting your targets, if you have no targets, if you find yourself being reactive rather than proactive then this is the time that you should look at your workload and decide within yourself how much your time is worth and best to spend your time.

Why not write down aspects of your role that you could happily live without and aspects you enjoy and want to develop.  Then give me a call and we will talk through your "Could live without list" and discuss ways that I can help you.  Whether it be inbox management, accounts, enquiry follow ups, etc lets have a chat about how I can help you make you more time effective and save you money.

Or write down some of the challenges you are facing at the moment, if you could clone yourself what tasks would you give your clone?  Then give me a call!

What people have said about my work

Value

Yes, engaging with my services will you cost you money, but you have to offset this against what YOUR time is worth.  For example, work out what your hourly rate is, and then think about how much time it would have taken you to do a task that you realistically could have passed to someone else if you had that resource.  Now think about the time you have saved and how you could effectively use that time you have banked.  You could be finding new revenue streams, developing new business relationships, etc.  Essentially a Virtual PA can benefit you and your business and highlight how you can use your time in a better way, which primarily earns you more money.  Remember the time you spend on back-office systems tends not to make you as much money as the time you will spend on developing a new product/project. Be time wise!

Other benefits of a Virtual PA include no overheads, no office rental, no expensive equipment/asset purchases.  You simply use my expertise and and only when you need it.  You only pay for time actually worked.

Got more questions?  Wondering how it might work in reality?  Please feel free to visit my FAQ page for some commonly asked questions about how being a Virtual PA works.
