I decided upon the Virtual Assistant route after having children and wanting to be able to still have a career but one which is flexible and fits around my private commitments and family.   I find being a Virtual Assistant gives me a better work life balance, I enjoy and prefer working this way and I think this is reflected in my happy disposition.
