  • How do I find out what package best suits my needs?

    Call me!  The easiest way is to have a chat or take the "My Challenge" on my Services page.  Identify which tasks you would consider handing over to a VA and then we can talk about the best way we can do this. 

  • Do you pay before or after work is done?

    A "Retainer Client" pays a month in advance.


    If you are coming onboard, it may be that you start off as "Pay as you Go Client."  This might be on a weekly or monthly basis dependant on needs and possible hours accrued.  


    Time spent will be logged and breakdowns are available.  


    If you are a "Project Client" you will billed on a pro forma basis. 

  • How do I move from a "Pay as you Go" to a "Retainer" Client?

    This is easy.  Once you have been a client for a month or so and we have had a number of Work in Progress (WiP) meetings to establish the best working patterns and use of our time.  This is the point where we should then agree upon how many hours you actually need on a regular basis.  This ensures that you get the most value for money out of your Retainer.

  • Do I have to sign a Contract?

    Yes, to engage with my Services you do have to sign a Contract.  Following our consultation call/meeting I will complete a Booking Form on your behalf which should list all the requirements we have discussed, including Core Project details, the duration, tasks to be undertaken and Payment of Services.  You will also receive further documentation to proceed, which includes my Terms of Business. 

  • How do you access my phone lines/email?

    This is very much your decision.  I have found that every client is different.


    Phones

    Some Clients have a soft phone /VOIP with a designated number for me or some give me a SIM/Mobile. It's up to you how you want to contact me and how many calls I will be making on your behalf. 


    Emails 

    Most Clients let me use their web mail, again it depends on the Project and how long you envisage us working together.  

  • Do you have PI Insurance?

    Yes, I have Professional Indemnity Insurance with Hiscox and this gives me £500,000 cover.   A copy can be provided on request. 

  • Are you GDPR compliant?

    Yes, I am GDPR compliant.  As part of my onboarding process you will be given a copy of my Data Privacy Policy to look over.  You will also have to complete my Data Processing form before work commences.

  • How do I cancel your services?

    To cancel my Services, please do so in writing this can be in a letter or via email:


    Retainer:              A month in advance

    Pay as you Go:   Just paid for Services already accrued. 7 days notice would be appreciated.

    Project:                Non refundable.  

  • Can I meet you in person?

    After the initial consultation of 30 minutes, my time is chargeable.  Consultations usually take place over the phone or by zoom meetings.  


    If you are local to Seaford I am more than happy to meet in you in person but expenses will be charged if outside the local area.  

  • Can you work set days?

    Set days/periods is dependent on my current contracted commitments.  


    I am usually quite flexible and can accommodate most needs.
